The prefix format for selecting which function to evaluate the expression with for a specific variable is <function code>:<variable>, for example D:x to differentiate with respect to x.

The Leibniz Integrator supports evaluating expressions with respect to one single-character variable.

Use D for differentiation and I for integration. Limits and definite integrals aren't supported yet, but Nerdamer (the library that handles expressions for the Leibniz Integrator project, see About) does support them, so you can use the library directly in the meantime. Refer to the Nerdamer Quick Start guide, especially the section on Node.js, for more information.
